French IPTV Canada: Quebec Channels on IPTV North (Guide 2026)
Looking for IPTV Québec or French IPTV anywhere in Canada? IPTV North is bilingual by design. Here's what French-speaking viewers get, how to set up French audio and how to make IPTV North feel at home in Quebec.
IPTV North: bilingual IPTV Canada
Close to eight million Canadians speak French as their first language — in Quebec, of course, but also in Ottawa-Gatineau, New Brunswick, Northern Ontario, Manitoba and every big city. Many IPTV services treat French as an afterthought, with a handful of channels from France. IPTV North includes a dedicated French & Quebec section alongside its English-Canadian channels, so bilingual households get everything in one subscription.
En bref : IPTV North offre les chaînes québécoises et franco-canadiennes, le hockey en français, des films VF et la Francophonie internationale, avec un essai gratuit de 24 heures et un soutien en français sur WhatsApp.
What French content is on IPTV North?
Quebec and French-Canadian channels
The Quebec category groups French-Canadian general-interest networks, Quebec news channels, regional stations and lifestyle channels. It's the core of what most Quebec households watch every day: news, téléromans, variety shows and talk shows.
Sports en français
French-language sports channels carry hockey, soccer, football, F1 — including the Grand Prix du Canada in Montreal — and more, with French commentary. See our guide to watching hockey with IPTV North.
Jeunesse (kids)
French cartoons and educational channels for children, so kids can watch in the language they speak at school.
Films and séries VF
The IPTV North VOD library includes a French section with Quebec and French films plus Hollywood movies dubbed in French (VF). Many series also have French audio tracks.
Francophonie
Channels from France, Belgium, Switzerland and French-speaking Africa — popular with newcomers from France, the Maghreb, West Africa and Haiti.
How to set up IPTV North in French
- Install your player using the IPTV North installation guides. Most players let you switch the interface to French in Settings → Language.
- Open the French / Québec category in Live TV.
- Add favourites. Long-press each French channel you watch and add it to Favourites so it appears first.
- Hide categories you don't need. TiviMate and IPTV Smarters let you hide whole categories to make zapping faster.
- Set French audio in VOD. In a movie, open the audio menu and pick the French track, or choose the title from the VF category.
- Turn on subtitles where available, via the subtitles (CC) button.
Best apps for French-speaking users

IPTV in Quebec: internet providers
IPTV North works with every Quebec internet provider — Vidéotron, Bell, Cogeco, Fizz, EBOX, Oxio and regional providers. For Full HD, 15–20 Mbps is enough; for 4K, aim for 25 Mbps or more. In older Montreal triplexes with thick walls, a mesh Wi-Fi system or Ethernet makes a big difference. See IPTV Montreal for local tips.
Bilingual households
One of the biggest advantages of IPTV North is that one subscription covers both languages. In a bilingual home, one person can watch the hockey game in French while the next evening someone else watches English news — with the same login and the same TV guide. (Remember: one connection per plan, so one stream at a time.)
Prices in Canadian dollars
| Forfait / Plan | Prix / Price |
