This privacy policy explains how IPTV North (“we”, “us”), operating iptvnorth.online, handles your personal information. We follow the principles of Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

## Information we collect

When you contact IPTV North on WhatsApp we receive your phone number, your name if you share it, and details you give us such as your device type. When you pay, our payment providers process your payment information — IPTV North never sees or stores your full card number.

## Retention

We keep subscription data while your IPTV North subscription is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, unless you ask us to delete it sooner.

## Your rights

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information at any time on WhatsApp at +44 7862 838725.
